Our approach to cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
Digital marketing involves immediate investment of time and expertise. Refunds are generally not provided for work already commenced or completed, including:
Cancel with at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. Late cancellations will be charged for the next cycle, with service continuing through that period. Email us at hello@Shreejagannathdigital.in to cancel.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancelled before commencement, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Physical goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt if damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once initiated.
