ℹ️ Shreejagannath Digital primarily delivers digital services. Most deliverables — reports, strategies, campaign builds — are sent electronically. Physical items are rare and handled case by case.

Digital Deliverables

Digital outputs are delivered via email or shared cloud folder within the timeline agreed at project kickoff.

Campaign setup and strategy documents: 5–10 business days from project start
Monthly performance reports: within 5 business days of month close
Creatives and landing pages: per agreed timeline in proposal

Delays caused by missing approvals or access from the client's side will push timelines accordingly.

Physical Items (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical items are part of a service:

Dispatched within 5–7 business days of confirmed payment.
Shipping costs communicated before order confirmation.
Tracking number shared via email once dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship physical items within India only. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.

Delays

Shreejagannath Digital is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, network outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate known delays promptly.
