Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — industry, budget, competition, and market conditions. Shree jagannath Digital does not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volumes, or ad spend returns. All case studies are illustrative only. We run all campaigns in compliance with Google Ads policies, Meta advertising policies, and applicable Indian law. We do not run campaigns for prohibited categories including gambling, adult content, counterfeit goods, or content that violates platform policies.
Services are based on a mutually agreed scope shared via proposal, email, or WhatsApp. Work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote. All services are subject to applicable platform policies and Indian law.
Fees are billed monthly or per project as agreed. GST and applicable government taxes will be added per Indian law. Delayed payments may pause services until cleared. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing date to cancel a monthly retainer. Setup fees and costs for work already commenced are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
We make every effort to run campaigns in line with platform guidelines. Platform approvals are controlled by those platforms and outside our control. If content is disapproved, we will work to resolve it within the agreed scope, but cannot guarantee approval outcomes. Clients remain responsible for their own business and product compliance.
All strategies, reports, and materials remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use materials for their business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree jagannath Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute during the preceding 12 months.
